This philosophy extends to our 10,000 SqFt processing room built for cutting and private label services. Customers trust that every cut product goes through a rigorous procurement and inspection process to ensure that they are receiving a superior product with every order.

WWM is a licensed Certified Angus Beef distributor as well as Safe Quality Food and Halal food certified. Our products are received in every Midwestern state as well as several major hubs in the southern and eastern United States as well as California. Our sister company Perishable Distribution Solutions has the logistics capabilities of over 50 refrigerated tractor-trailers to make the transition from fulfillment to delivery seamless.

Portion Control

The value of our portion control operations begins with the process of listening to our customers to make sure we know the exact specifications for their end products.  Size, amount of trim, and age are only some of the characteristics we identify for each customer to make sure we produce the finest custom cuts.  After we know what the customer wants, we begin sourcing their product via our supplier network.  Our diversified supplier base allows us to procure the best quality at competitive prices.  Then we bring the product back to our state-of-the-art facility, where our coolers are monitored hourly to ensure the integrity of all products and provide optimal aging conditions.

Finally, our artisan butchers hand trim every cut to produce steaks, chops and roasts that are tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor.
